Return policy:
Generally, our plants arrive in virtually the same condition as the photo, as we make urgent shipments, but please note this:
We do not make partial returns due to damages that the plant may suffer in the shipment (tears or brown spots, yellow leaves...).
Plants are living beings and shipping stresses them, but we will be happy to help your plant recover completely if this is the case.
If the shipment takes more than 10 days to arrive and the plant suffers any damage due to this, send us photos within 24 hours so we can assess a solution.
If the shipment does not arrive, we will do a full refund, as we do all shipments with tracking number and we will know.
